Our Story
Baby Therapy Centre was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that early intervention can change the entire trajectory of a child's life.
What began as a small ECI (early childhood intervention) Centre in Pretoria has grown into a multidisciplinary team of dedicated therapists, registered nurses, and trained caregivers - serving hundreds of families and reaching into communities where access to specialised care has never been easy.
Thirty years on, that founding belief still drives everything we do.

Specialised Daycare Services
Our Daycare is a safe, stimulating space for children from birth to six years old, with a particular focus on children who were born prematurely or have developmental delays, special needs, or complex medical conditions.
Our registered nurses and trained caregivers are certified in First Aid, PEG feeds, and Tracheostomy care - so your child is always in expert, caring hands.
Therapies Tailored to Every Child
The multidisciplinary therapy team provides personalised, evidence-based interventions across a wide range of disciplines - including Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Play Therapy, Dietetics, and Orthotics.
By combining expertise across disciplines, we build holistic therapy plans that help children overcome challenges, gain independence, and reach their potential.
Godfather Project
Our commitment doesn't stop at the Centre door. Through the Godfather Project, we bring free therapy, developmental assessments, and caregiver training to some of Pretoria's most vulnerable children - in places of safety, community centres, and underserved areas where specialised care would otherwise be out of reach.
Made possible entirely through donor generosity, this project ensures that every child gets a chance to unlock their potential.
